Taylor Wade,
Strength Training Coach
Taylor is a strength training coach and kinesiology specialist, focused on helping clients build strength, improve movement quality, and reduce risk of injury.
With a strong foundation in human biomechanics, Taylor designs training programs that are tailored to individual goals, whether that’s athletic performance, functional fitness, or overall wellness.
Taylor takes a hands-on, educational approach, helping clients understand how and why their bodies move the way they do. His coaching style emphasizes proper technique, progressive development, and sustainable results that support long-term health and performance.

Elana Marceron,
Yoga Instructor
Elana has been involved in holistic healing since 2005, when she began her therapeutic yoga training. She places a high value on the impact of the mind-body connection and teaches a range of yoga styles from gentle to vigorous flows.
Her 40+ year nursing practice provides deep insight into the physical and physiological nuances of breath with movement. Elana is also certified in pilates mat and reformer in the Balanced Body method. She teaches private reformer lessons from her at-home studio.
Elana recently studied to become a board-certified Transformative Nurse Coach, enabling her to coach clients toward their version of a holistic healthy lifestyle.
